Safecare Medical Center’s multilingual staff includes Internal Medicine Physicians, Primary Care Physicians, and Licensed Massage Therapists. We practice at two locations, one in Hallandale Beach, Florida and one in Hollywood, Florida to serve the North Dade county and South Broward county communities. Safecare Medical Center was established in 1967.
Our talented Medical Staff includes: Chiapone David Ting, MD FACP, Richard Wilbur, MD FACP,  along with our two licensed Massage Therapists, Sylvia Pedraza, LPN LMT and Yesenia Morato, LMT.
Our physicians offer evening and Saturday hours, same day appointments, and on-site labs. Convenience and availability for our patients is always a priority of our Medical Practice.
