DECARBONISATION - identification, measurement, reporting and control of carbon, assisting clients on their pathways towards achieving zero carbon. This can often involve detailed material planning and the retaining of existing structures and frames, subject to condition.

MATERIALS MANAGEMENT - reuse, recycling, treatment, remediation, together with disposal of hazardous waste.

TECHNIQUES & EXECUTION - strip out, strip back, dismantling, facade retentions, deconstruction, demolition (explosives, machines, robotics).
