Safer America is the DBA of Neighborhood Rescue of America, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and the CSR program of ESR. Founded by Christian Schoyen, Safer America builds safer communities across the United States through a non-violent, intelligence-driven, AI-enabled, community-partnership model — without relying on tax dollars. Our approach is guided by one core doctrine: “NO ONE IS COMING.” Safety is a fundamental right. Our mission is to create self-sustaining, resilient neighborhoods — with a focus on protecting children and animals. Case Study: Vegas Vikings The Vegas Vikings initiative serves as the core case study behind Safer America. Using a structured, community-driven, and partner-based framework created by Christian Schoyen and inspired by Norse Althing principles, the pilot program was first validated by Christian as the project director in Las Vegas. The partner-based model achieved a 75% reduction in violent crime in one of the city's most dangerous communities in only 21 field days, with zero tax dollars. Other cities that later applied the same model achieved up 90% crime reduction— also with zero tax dollars Core Initiatives of Safer America: • P.O.W.E.R. Leadership Program and SAFER AMERICA NOW — national crime prevention platform co-created by Christian Schoyen and Dr. TeNeane Bradford (www.power-usa.org) • Internship Program — developing the next generation of leaders through real-world field experience, community engagement, and applied AI — to help build the next generation of resilient American communities • The Annual Leif Erikson Awards (October 9th) — honoring community leaders and everyday heroes Guided by the Viking principles of Vision, Imagination, Collaboration, and Fearlessness, Safer America is a non-political, action-based system that delivers measurable, real-world results. We believe in: Love your Neighbor. Love your Neighborhood. Love your Country. Join us. Be part of the solution.
