At Safe+Sound Somerset, helping survivors find hope is at the core of our work. We exist so that survivors of domestic abuse or sexual violence never feel alone, and know that compassionate professional help is only a phone call or text away. Survivor advocates answer our call and text line 24 hours a day – 7 days a week – 365 days a year at 866-685-1122. Our helpline is the gateway to survivor centered services that can provide safety, hope and healing from the trauma of abuse and violence.

Whether it’s a need for emergency safe housing, counseling, legal advocacy or education on healthy relationships, our services are available to everyone, regardless of income status, cultural or ethnic background, language spoken, gender identity or sexual orientation. All services are confidential and available at no cost. Adults and children who have experienced domestic or sexual assault and/or abuse have access to Safe+Sound Somerset’s high quality, trauma-informed intervention services that have been available to survivors in Somerset County for more than 40 years.
