Sage Equities www.sage-equities.com is a real estate investment house focusing on US multifamily properties. Since 2002, Uzi Ziv is acquiring, developing, managing and investing in North American real estate projects. Sage Equities is now involved in five different segments of the real estate market in the US and Canada. Those categories include multifamily acquisitions, multifamily development, senior housing development and operating, condo development and commercial properties . On each of those segments Sage operates via a dedicated subsidiary or JV structures:

- multifamily acquisitions through our subsidiary Sunbelt Residential Realty Partners LLC and M Banks Realty Partners, LLC ;  we acquire existing properties, upgrade and stabilize, and refinance or sell. Over the last few years we have acquired more than 10,000 units across the South East.
- development of  multifamily projects  together with well established local partners;
-acquisitions and enhancement of  of commercial properties via our subsidiary ATPS Realty Partners;
-development and operating of of senior housing; and
-condo development in NYC.
