The pastor of St. Simon Parish is Father Warwick James, and the school is staffed by a principal, a full-time vice-principal, eighteen full-time classroom teachers, a science lab teacher, a computer teacher, a school counselor, a librarian, a music teacher, an art teacher, a physical education teacher, fourteen teacher aides, a secretary, and an administrative assistant, serving an enrollment of over 600 students. The staff is supported by volunteers from the school and parish community, and enrichment programs enhance the curriculum. Although most of the students belong to families registered as parishioners of St. Simon Parish, the student population includes children from parishes throughout Los Altos, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, and other nearby cities, as well as students from non-Catholic backgrounds. St. Simon School is an integral part of parish life and strives to educate the whole child in a Catholic environment.
