Founded in 2006, Saker Capital is a specialty real estate investment and advisory firm. Comprised of experienced real estate investment and corporate finance professionals, we specialize in raising capital for proprietary commercial real estate investment opportunities on behalf of our North American and European owner/operator clients (sponsors). Saker Capital concentrates on defensively-positioned property types exhibiting resilient and sustainable demand drivers creating "market inelasticity" during turbulent and stable economic cycles thereby positing an attractive combination of current yield with material capital appreciation.  Specifically, we focus on multifamily, student housing and single tenant Office and Logistics properties under NNN leases with long duration and/or high renewal or replacement lease-up probability.

Our unique combination of capital markets and real estate experience enables us to develop bespoke financing solutions that maximize value for our clients, resulting in an optimally negotiated transaction structure. 

Through our private equity division, we provide an unbiased, aligned, direct investment platform for sourcing, managing and realizing value through our active, hands-on, principled approach to real estate investment management. We are absolute return focused, with the preservation of capital being our primary investment discipline, as we strive to create value for our investor partners throughout all stages of market and capital cycles.  Investments are structured either conventionally or in adherence to Sharia law.
