We are the only member-based association in New York State dedicated solely to serving the salon and spa 
industry.  Created by industry professionals for industry professionals, we are committed to bringing a 
strong voice on behalf of our members to government, providing quality, inspirational education and 
elevating the industry as a whole.  Our vision is simple...   Advocate   Educate    Elevate

Together our voice becomes bigger when navigating government issues like licensing, health & safety regulations and proper business rules & policies. Through our legislative efforts, our members have a strong voice in our government.  NYSASSP is the only association working on behalf of the industry to protect our members'​ licenses, to ensure safe working practices and maintain relevant continuing education requirements.

We are focused on helping our members grow their business by providing quality, inspiring education led by industry leaders. NYSASSP’s official website, www.nysassp.org, is the hub industry professionals visit to learn about advocacy efforts, find resources pertaining to licensing, NYS rules & regulations for doing business, to find training and continuing education opportunities, to receive preferred pricing on goods & services and to connect with & learn from one another.
