Salt Lake Power Yoga is Salt Lake City's first and only local yoga studio offering hot Power Vinyasa Yoga classes for every level of yogi. At our core, we are a center for healing, transformation, growth, and empowerment. Salt Lake Power Yoga offers Hot Vinyasa Power Yoga classes every day of the week. Salt Lake Power Yoga offers a full complement of yoga offerings including certified yoga teacher training, workshops, special events, and yoga retreats. Forget your mat, water, block? No problem, we have everything you need to make your practice the best it can be. Salt Lake Power Yoga is located in a state-of-the-art studio in the heart of Downtown Salt Lake City. Epic views of the Wasatch Mountains are showcased from the main classroom windows so you can pick a gorgeous mountain peak for your Drishti (focus) during your eagle pose. Our members rave about our facilities and appreciate the small touches, like complimentary hair ties (in case you forget yours) and mouthwash so your breath with be minty fresh while you Ohm. Drop-ins are welcome and classes are offered throughout the day usually starting around 6am and ending late evening. Classes range from 45 minutes to 75 minutes. Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga is an energetic and powerful form of yoga that teaches students fluid movement from one pose to the next with connected breaths. The studio at Salt Lake Power Yoga is heated, which makes it a vigorous, detoxifying, and revitalizing practice. This is a very different practice than Bikram Yoga. Our yoga instructors emphasize strength, flexibility, balance, cardio as well as physical and mental stamina in each class.
