It was formed in 2013 through the merger of Lee Mental Health Center and Southwest Florida Addiction Services and now operates seven locations across Southwest Florida. The organization aims to keep care affordable by adjusting fees to household income and accepting Medicaid, Medicare, Visa, MasterCard and other major insurers.
