Samitivej Hospital Group has made history in the Thai healthcare industry by being the only hospital group in Thailand to have all its hospitals JCI-accredited, being the first private hospital to be registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1994, and opening the first private children's hospital in Thailand.
