San Antonio AIDS Foundation (SAAF) is a nonprofit organization based in San Antonio, Texas, founded in 1986. Its mission is to reduce new HIV and other sexually transmitted infections by ensuring equitable access to education, prevention, and sexual health care, while also seeking to improve the health and quality of life for people living with HIV. The organization also prioritizes a safe, inclusive space for the LGBTQ+ community and provides a broad range of services, including health education, free HIV and STI testing, PrEP, medical and pharmaceutical care, mental health counseling, medical and social case management, housing and emergency financial assistance, and oral health care. 

In 2017, SAAF expanded its footprint by opening an HIV outpatient clinic with a pharmacy on the East Side of San Antonio at 818 E. Grayson Ave. The organization operates with a mid-sized staff to support its programs. A notable development in 2021 was the launch of The Stay SAAF Box, a subscription box initiative.
