The San Carlos Flight Center was founded to provide flight training, aircraft maintenance, and aircraft rental focused around our values of Safety, Community, and Adventure. These values guide our interactions with all stakeholders – customers, vendors, pilots, passengers, competitors, and our local GA community as well as the community at large.
 
We measure our success in flight training not by revenue, flight hours, or pilots produced, but solely by our ability to create and develop safe, competent, and proficient pilots in the most efficient manner possible. We structure our training so that we may share the beauty and wonder of the world below from our vantage point aloft, so that others may safely experience the joy and freedom of our unique perspective.
 
Our aircraft are safe, well-maintained, and fairly priced.  We provide superior service, clean state of the art facilities, and a joyful and respectful environment.
 
We encourage the social nature of flying by organizing events that draw like-minded people together in a friendly and inclusive environment. Our business practices are ethical and organization transparent.  We  reach out to our community and always strive to have a positive impact on the world around us.
