The San Diego Diplomacy Council is a nonprofit, non-partisan organization in the international affairs sector, based at 4305 University Avenue Suite 510 in San Diego, California. Its mission is to promote global understanding by arranging more than 500 in-person professional and cultural exchanges each year between visiting international leaders from over 140 countries and San Diego residents and experts.
