San Francisco Design Center (SFDC) is a design services organization in the United States that serves as a destination for fine home furnishings and accessories. It is located in San Francisco’s Design District, known as Showplace Square, and comprises two buildings—the Showplace, Galleria, and Garden Court—housing more than 60 showrooms. Collectively, these showrooms represent products from about 1500 manufacturers, spanning furnishings, flooring, wallcoverings, fabric, lighting, kitchens, baths, closets, fine art, and antiques for various rooms and styles. Purchases are generally made through design professionals or buying services, with consumer purchasing facilitated by services located at SFDC, including Access Decor, Buy Design, Just Buy, and Source Design. The center offers public browsing with free access Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
