San Francisco Health Care (previously known as Grove Street Extended Care And Living Center) is a Skilled Nursing Facility with 168 Medicare and Medicaid certified beds located east of Golden Gate Park in San Francisco.

Our diverse and multilingual (i.e. Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, Spanish etc.) team of staff is here to care for those who require comprehensive nursing care and rehabilitation services.
