The San Francisco Wellness Initiative is a school-based program within the education sector that seeks to improve health, well-being, and academic outcomes for San Francisco's public high school students. It serves about 16,000 students across 19 campuses and deploys onsite Wellness staff to help adolescents address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, and sexual health and relationships. Through this work, students learn lifelong healthy habits that support their ongoing success and the health of their communities.

The program operates through a citywide partnership among the San Francisco Department of Children, Youth and Their Families, the Department of Public Health, and SFUSD.
