The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District is a mid-sized government agency based in Fresno, California, responsible for administering air quality programs across eight counties in the Central Valley, including San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Merced, Madera, Fresno, Kings, Tulare and the San Joaquin Valley Air Basin portion of Kern.
