Established in 1971, Sander Engineering Corporation (“SEC”) is a well-established, full service civil engineering design firm based in Houston. SEC serves clients that require quality civil engineering services combined with experience, dedication, and professional integrity. SEC has the engineering expertise to provide comprehensive, cost effective engineering services and delivered in a timely manner.
