Sandquist Construction is a general contractor and construction manager of commercial building projects.  We maintain a continuing focus upon commercial construction projects primarily in Lincoln and surrounding areas of eastern Nebraska including Omaha.  Our work ranges from small, very often repeat business with previous clients to multi-million dollar projects wherever that work can be realized.

•Schedule: Almost 98% of our projects during these same ten years have also been completed on schedule or ahead of schedule.  This factors into account time as may be required for significant client-directed changes in the work or materials that sometimes may simply require added time.
•Quality: Perhaps most importantly during this same term, our combined value, quality and performance are reflected by the fact that 67% of our projects have actually been ‘repeat business’ with previous clients.
