Regional Partnerships Santa Fe Conservation Trust serves northern New Mexico with land protection and community engagement. This regional focus creates opportunities to partner with state and local agencies, tribal communities, foundations, and corporate sponsors seeking place based conservation impact. Joint grant programs, land protection initiatives, and community access projects can be developed in alignment with their mission and equity commitments.

Fundraising Optimization With a revenue range of 10M to 25M and a multi channel fundraising setup including Qgiv and Facebook, SFCT shows donor reach and engagement capabilities. There is room to optimize fundraising through multi channel campaigns, recurring giving, donor segmentation, and analytics to boost donor acquisition and retention.

Conservation Expertise SFCT protects culturally and environmentally significant landscapes and actively engages the community. This makes them a strong partner for program design, stakeholder engagement, land stewardship planning, and environmental education services with schools and local agencies.

DEI Alignment DEI and equity are central to SFCTs mission with a diverse staff and board and a focus on inclusive access to nature. This offers opportunities for ESG aligned sponsorships, DEI training and impact measurement services, inclusive outreach campaigns, and co created community engagement initiatives that demonstrate social impact.
