While we do not provide nursing home, long term care, or assisted living services, but we work closely in the community to refer our guests to their most appropriate setting to gain back independence. Santé has four TRC's located in Arizona: Mesa, Chandler, Surprise, and North Scottsdale. To enhance our continuum of care, Santé Home Health & Rehabilitation Services provides home health to those living in Maricopa County and Santé Hospice provides compassionate care during the end of life stages.
