Founded by Todd and Lisa Sanwick, their combined forty-five years of experience, reliability and integrity assure customers of a less stressful process and complete satisfaction with the finished project.  As a strong testament to Sanwick Remodeling Contractors’ commitment to excellence, the company was awarded the prestigious Better Business Bureau Integrity Award in 2007. 

Todd and Lisa are committed to professionalism and education in order to offer their clients the best experience. In 2006, Todd became one of the first remodelers in Omaha to earn his Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation, enabling him to safely adapt homes for age-related concerns and handicap accessibility.  The following year, Todd also earned his Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) designation, making him the only active CGR in Omaha, and the only Omaha professional to hold both designations, CAPS and CGR.  Not stopping there, he earned his Nebraska Certified Green Builder designation in 2009 and Lead Renovator certification in 2010, so he continues to be at the forefront of education and experience.
