Saratoga Horseworks Ltd is a U.S.-based manufacturer in Amsterdam, New York, focused on equestrian gear and accessories. Founded in 1988 by horseman Michael Libertucci, the company was established to address design challenges faced by busy riders. It is run by equestrians for equestrians, with a workforce that includes active riders who influence practical design choices. In 1997, Saratoga Horseworks expanded into Custom Sewn Products, offering contract design, engineering, and manufacture of sewn goods for other companies, including capabilities for RF welding and branding. The business operates an on-site testing lab and relies on a broad supplier network to support product development and the creation of entire product lines, with products sold worldwide through equestrian and pet retailers and online at horseworks.com. In April 2020, Recorder News recognized Saratoga Horseworks with its Small Business of the Month award.
