(“SVP”), founded in 2009, by its President, Sasha David Rahban, is a full service boutique real estate firm that focuses on creating value by offering a wide spectrum of real estate services including property management, brokerage, consulting, development, investment sales and construction management of commercial, retail, single and multi-family properties throughout Southern California.

Headquartered in West Los Angeles, California with satellite offices located in Rancho Park, Encino, and Sherman Oaks, SVP in just a few years has helped hundreds of companies and individuals with all their real estate needs.

1. Property Management – SVP has more than 500,000 square feet of income property under management across Southern California, managing commercial and residential real estate for third-party clients and owners.

3. Investment Services - SVP has an active and successful record of acquiring properties both for its own account and that of third parties. This includes commercial, residential and multi-family asset types.

4. Consulting – SVP assists clients that may require specialized consultative work regarding their real estate. SVP is flexible and nimble to tailor its services to fit the needs of the client.
