Diversified Revenue The Saskatchewan Science Centre operates multiple revenue streams beyond admission, including facility rentals (boardrooms, theatres, IMAX, exhibit floor), private functions, a full-service restaurant, and corporate membership programs. This presents sales opportunities in event partnerships, corporate team-building packages, venue sponsorships, and membership-driven experiences.

Education Partnerships Strong emphasis on learning experiences for families and classrooms, plus adult education and team-building programs. Target schools, districts, and training organizations for workshops, field trips, and ongoing STEM programming, leveraging bundled curricula and educator discounts.

STEM Enablement Active focus on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics with hands-on exhibitions and interactive demonstrations, including immersive experiences like the Kramer IMAX theatre. Sell new STEM exhibits, sponsored demonstrations, and corporate grants or memberships that align with innovation promotion.

Community Recognition CasCADE Award-winning exhibitions signal credibility and visibility in the science center ecosystem. Leverage this achievement in outreach to potential sponsors, donors, and partner institutions to co-create programs and expand regional impact.

Growth Constraints Revenue is under one million with a half‑million in funding, and a modest team size. Focus sales efforts on high-margin sponsorships, corporate programs, and event-focused partnerships that maximize venue utilization and scalability while aligning with the Centre’s mission and budget realities.
