Together with Colleen Saunders, a seasoned leader in the world of luxury marketing and a small, close-knit core of agents, the firm steadily expanded the reach of the Saunders brand. Fully owned and operated from the Hamptons, this team established vast-and lasting-relationships with buyers, sellers, renters, investors, and builders.

The company was founded with the mandate to create a Hamptons-focused real estate brokerage firm that treats its agents like customers and mobilizes significant resources in connection with their efforts to list and sell properties. The firm created an in-house advertising agency staffed with full-time photographers, videographers, graphic designers, web designers, social media experts, IT tech support, and a copywriter. From Westhampton Beach to Montauk, all 5 Saunders offices, including the renovated, state-of-the-art marketing department, are open 7 days a week, ready to support agents quickly and efficiently.
