The Savory Institute is a Boulder, Colorado-based nonprofit founded in 2009 that aims to regenerate global grasslands through Holistic Management practices. It operates a global network of regionally based learning centers, Accredited Professionals, and Regenerating Members that advance Holistic Planned Grazing, a process designed to mimic the grazing patterns of wild herbivores and improve grassland health.
