Over 30 years of hands-on experience and performing 300+ food safety inspections annually, my company and I train to equip clients from a variety of industry backgrounds, to understand the importance of a healthy environment, amplify their investments and maximize profits via effective training and coaching practices, as well as advising them on a variety of food safety concerns including food allergies and intolerances, kitchen designs and changes in the Food Code. Our plethora of skills help companies worldwide find (and fix) problems before they become liability issues or problems noted by their local regulatory authorities. I have developed customized electronic food safety inspection forms for various facilities based on the current FDA Food Code and I have written dozens of articles on food safety for various publications.
