Conducts investigations, training and planning related to Homeland Security and Emergency Management functions for the Borough of Sayreville. The Homeland Security Branch is part of the Sayreville Police Department and is responsible for tactics training, response planning and Critical Infrastructure Protection Planning.. The Emergency Management Branch includes all Municipal Emergency Services, the L.E.P.C. Public and Private Schools, Evacuation and Sheltering, the CERT Program as well as Disaster Recovery, COOP/COG, and Mitigation Planning.
