After starting as a hot dog vendor Snack ‘N Run, in 1982, SB&J Enterprises has grown to include several food and beverage restaurants operating national chains such as, Wendy’s. In addition to the food and beverage industry, SB&J has expanded their business to include gift and news, as well as retail operations, all within the airport. When founder Bernie Johnson, began his venture into airport concession as a disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE), he knew the keys to success were finding a great team and providing superior service to the customers.
