The origin of Schlemlein Fick & Franklin dates back over three decades and is built upon the rock solid foundation established by our predecessors, including Dave Schiffrin and Bob Olson, who remain with the firm today as senior counsel.

We built out our current office in the SODO Commerce Building located in the emerging and vibrant SODO District, just a mile from CenturyLink and Safeco Fields, home of the Seattle Seahawks, Mariners, and Sounders.
