The Schneider Law Group is a contemporary, multinational boutique firm serving clients in Europe, the Americas, and Asia for almost twenty years. All Group’s professionals are fluent in their respective practice languages and have a deep understanding of cultural specificity pertinent to the geographical region they represent.

Group’s history evolved from a small Chicago-based litigation and general corporate practice firm representing clients from Eastern and Central Europe. In a few years, offices in greater New York Metropolitan area were successfully integrated, resulting in an influx of corporate legal activity, and creation of immigration and alternative dispute resolution practice sections.

Currently, with the offices in New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Kiev, Seoul, and Chişinău (Moldova), the Group’s main focus remains on international transactions, corporate restructuring with an eye toward the IPOs, JV formation, M&A, alternative dispute resolution (AAA, maritime, ICSID, EU commercial forums and Court of Arbitration for Sports CAS – Tribunal Arbitral du Sport TAS), immigration, construction, commercial property management and loss mitigation, insurance coverage, civil and criminal litigation as well as sport management and athlete representation .
