Since 1958, SELCCU has been dedicated to serving all school employees, students and their family members, as well as the City of Elyria and other education-related entities in Lorain County. Unlike other financial institutions, SELCCU is a not-for-profit, member-owned corporation whose only purpose is to provide financial services to its members. As a result, revenue is returned to members in the form of services, competitive dividends paid on savings accounts and generally lower interest rates on loans and credit cards.
