At School Law Center, we understand the importance of a child's education and work to ensure that each child has the chance to reach their full potential.

Sometimes children need an advocate to speak for them when they cannot speak for themselves. At the School Law Center, we provide high quality legal representation for individual students, their families, and groups of students and/or families or agencies serving students and their families in all areas of education law.

At School Law Center, we have successfully represented students and their parents in many areas of school and education law. We are experienced and caring attorneys ready to help your child and family solve a variety of legal problems. We work on special education problems, including due process hearings, state complaints, mediation, conciliation conferences, informal and formal negotiations and planning. We attend IEP Team meetings with you and provide legal advice and consultation customized to your needs.  We are experienced in all levels of court appeals in state and federal courts including the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Our lawyers have helped students and families with special education issues such as school discipline, evaluations and academic struggles. Our attorneys also have significant experiences in other areas of school and education law such as bullying, harassment, expulsions, discrimination and education accommodations.
