Started in 2001 and nominated in 2011 for the IMLS National Medal for Museum and Library Service, The Schoolhouse Children's Museum & Learning Center strives to engage young children in playful discovery through hands-on, interactive, learning environments that integrate the arts, humanities and sciences in a historical setting. 

Here, children and families can experience South Florida's history through two floors of hands-on, interactive exhibits

Learn art, music, the sciences and more through FREE weekly programs, affordable education classes and specialty workshops.

Tuesday – Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Closed Sundays, Mondays and major holidays

Directions:
Exit I-95 at Boynton Beach Blvd. Travel east ¼ mile to Seacrest Blvd. Turn right (south) on Seacrest Blvd. and travel 2 blocks. Turn left (east) on Ocean Ave. The Schoolhouse is located at 129 Ocean Ave.
