Scimitar Prototyping and Molding was founded in 1999 with intentions to exceed all industry standards for rapid prototyped model quality, model delivery dates and most importantly customer service. Scimitar produces a variety of 3D printed models, including: • SLA (Stereolithography) • FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) • Objet / 3D printing • SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) If Urethane Castings are what you need: • Castings created under pressure (void free, fully dense) • Urethane durometers ranging from 25-Shore A to 85-Shore D • Custom Color match based on Pantone number or to color chip • Molded-in texture • Molded-in threaded inserts • First article castings available 4-5 days • Up to 30 shots per day, • Guaranteed 50 castings per RTV mold cavity Our other services include: • CNC, Plastic and Metal • Finish Painting, Custom & Photo Ready Finishes • Production Assembly Fixtures • CAD Modeling • Laser Etching We strive to provide the right solutions for your project by closely listening to your needs and by applying the latest industry technologies.
