Since 1979, the Scolaro Law Firm has provided sophisticated tax, business, litigation, employee benefits, estate and trust planning and administration services to its individual, business, entrepreneurial and professional clients throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Florida and other states in which its attorneys are admitted to practice.  

The firm’s Tax, Business, Employee Benefit and Estate and Trust departments are among the largest in the area.  We advise clients in several areas including the structure and operation of closely held and family businesses as well as working with the owners in developing estate and business succession plans in the most tax efficient manner possible.  Our transactional practice area assists clients acquiring, selling or reorganizing their businesses.  Specialty areas of our practice provide services to clients involved in matrimonial and family matters, business and estate litigation and business workouts and reorganization.

Our new structure is designed to reflect a new generation of legal services being provided to our present and future clients to whom we remain dedicated to serving their needs utilizing the most technologically up-to-date means in order to provide the highest quality legal services on the most cost-efficient basis possible.  Our former health care department has established its own firm to service their clients'​ special needs and we look forward to continuing to work with one another when our clients require services provided by the other.
