I’m Scott Mangino and I’m running to be your next University of Colorado Regent. It’s time to embrace the new normal and be unapologetically committed to transparency, innovation, and change.

Even before the devastation of the global pandemic, higher education as we know it has been facing unprecedented challenges.  As the next University of Colorado Regent, I’m ready to lead the Board of Regents into the new normal and do so with a commitment to clarity, transparency, innovation, and honesty.  

If elected, the University of Colorado Board will become a powerful catalyst for innovation and driver of lasting change.

We are a campaign driven by “what can be” instead of “what is” or “what was.” The University of Colorado Board of Regents cannot be a rubber stamp but instead a body that serves as a catalyst for innovation and change.
