OUR PHILOSOPHY: The focus of Scout Beer falls squarely on unique tasting notes, often highlighting local and seasonal flavors. We are constantly scouring farmers markets and artisan shops in search of great ingredients that will shape our next beer. OUR BACKGROUND: Scout has been on the scene brewing small batch beers since 2009, starting with private events hosted by groups ranging from the University of San Francisco to Virgin American airlines.
