Scoutr was established in 2017. While working for years in the traditional recruiting industry, our Founder, Brandon Stevens, observed that the ‘one-size-fits-all’ recruiting model lacked the data needed to back up the industry's claim of accelerating hiring and reducing costs. It also lacked a customer-first support model. From the start, Scoutr’s mission has been to create a better experience for all stakeholders involved in talent management – including HR Administrators, Hiring Managers, Internal Teams and Employees, and applying External Candidates – all while producing the outcomes organizations rely on a Partner to provide. Scoutr uses powerful data-driven technology that optimizes team characteristics, processes, and outcomes and automatically matches high-potential employees and external candidates to open positions based on skills, team culture fit, work styles, and so on. Scoutr uses indices that research shows predict job performance, team performance, job attitudes, team cohesiveness, etc. Our intuitive and powerful platform completely reworks the talent management process by creating a Talent Marketplace for each Partner from the ground up.
