SCT is a government authority in Saudi Arabia responsible for tourism and heritage governance. Established in 2000, it is based in Abū Nakhlah, in the Riyadh region. Historically, the Antiquities and Museums agency operated under its umbrella, and the organization later adopted the Saudi Commission for Tourism & Antiquities designation to reflect an expanded mandate.
