The following all increase: test scores; meeting Adequate Yearly Progress; high school completion rates; college enrollment; college programs offered locally; college and job placements; the local economy; and student, parent and employer satisfaction. High school drop-outs decrease.

Also audit the performance of partnerships, including school districts and all relevant stakeholders (colleges/universities, nonprofits, other governments, business/industry, parents, and students). Perform customized needs assessments and feasibility studies, develop and refine strategic plans, and raise public and private funds in support of clearly defined missions.
