Second Wave Learning was started to humanize the workplace so every person feels they have value. We do this by building a strong foundation of generational inclusion through workshops, storytelling, coaching circles, and teaching. Coaching Millennials was started on the premise that young people are our future leaders, and they are uniquely qualified to solve tomorrow's problems. To do this, they need to be properly coached, and their generation needs to be understood. Too few people are aware of the incredible influence that a generation can have on the workplace, society, the economy, culture, etc.
