Growth Opportunity Small-scale manufacturer in Brooklyn with annual revenue in the low millions and a focused product niche in security intercoms presents an opportunity to upsell integrated security hardware, cloud monitoring services, and maintenance contracts to mid-market security providers seeking scalable solutions.

Tech Stack Fit Current technology stack includes web and security-related components (Apache servers, DreamWeaver, jQuery, reCAPTCHA) that can be leveraged to propose modernization projects, hosted security dashboards, or SaaS-based threat monitoring for customers with online product catalogs or e-commerce presence.

Partnership Potential With a lean team and locations in New York, there is potential for channel partnerships with larger security integrators or distributors (such as those serving Alarm.com or SimpliSafe-like ecosystems) to extend reach and provide bundled solutions.

Security Focus Buyer The company’s core is in security intercoms and protection, suggesting a buyer persona aligned with facilities managers and property developers; sales efforts can target multi-unit residential and commercial projects needing integrated entry and access control.

Growth Signals Revenue in the one-to-ten million range and a documented emphasis on security hardware indicate potential for expansion in recurring revenue models—offer service level agreements, firmware updates, and monitoring subscriptions to stabilize cash flow and increase lifetime value.
