Seeds 4 Success, Inc. is a civic and social organization based in Annapolis, Maryland, focused on providing after-school tutoring and mentoring to children from low-income communities. Founded by local residents who were motivated by concerns about crime and child well-being, the program supports youth from pre-K through high school, helping them develop skills and access resources that enable academic success and positive life outcomes. The organization positions itself as a community-driven effort to address educational disparities and to empower families through a range of youth programs and family supports. In addition to its core tutoring and mentoring activities, Seeds 4 Success has evolved into a broader after-school program that engages youth and families to foster ongoing development, with leadership recently announced for the role of Executive Director in 2021.
