Seekers is a regional independent real estate firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne in North East England. It serves professional landlords, students, and developers by focusing on matching the right tenant with the right property and location, recognizing that a property represents more than four walls. Drawing on long-standing local market knowledge, the company supports clients through the tenancy process from start to finish. Historically known for more than twenty years as Walton Robinson, Seekers positions itself as an independent property expert in the North East. In February 2023, the firm released a guide detailing what happens during sign-up and move-in and the information needed to secure a tenancy.
