As someone that is seeking someone to walk alongside you while you try to find peace and wholeness, we are glad that you are looking at Seeking Shalom as a place where you may find this.  Especially if you have never been involved with counseling or therapy, this can be a little unsettling as you are venturing onto new ground.  Please feel free to review the "What to Expect" page on our website (www.SeekingShalom.org) for some basic information about how the process works.

Be aware that when you make an appointment, we will be setting aside the time to be able to get to know you and to work out how we can move forward together.
