Joseph S. Balistreri, who had relocated his family and real estate business from Wisconsin to South Florida, established the company as primarily a residential brokerage in Pompano Beach in 1964. In 1991, Joseph S. Balistreri retired. Joe and Jim, by then seasoned veterans in the business, bought the firm. They renamed it Balistreri Real Estate and immediately set about its growth.

Today, Balistreri is a recognized leader in the real estate market, in South Florida and beyond, both for our superior service to clients and for the heavy investment we make in the professionalism and entrepreneurial success of our Sales Associates.
