Selwood Housing is a charitable housing association based in Trowbridge, in the South West of England, dedicated to delivering affordable homes for local communities. It owns and manages more than 7,200 homes for rent and shared ownership, and its portfolio also includes sheltered accommodation and care facilities. The organization has operated for more than three decades and reinvests its surplus into maintaining and expanding its housing stock and services to support stable, secure homes. With a local presence and workforce, it plans to add around 1,700 affordable homes by 2034 to help address housing needs in its region. A notable recent development is a 2023 pilot project with Aico to install HomeLink environmental sensors and gateways across its housing stock, aimed at better understanding indoor environments.
